Aldon Alleyne

a3Innovations is the brain-child of Aldon Alleyne. During his tenure at Design Collaborative; a firm which specializes in architecture, quantity surveying and project management to name a few; Aldon completed an Associate Degree in Building and Civil Engineering at the Barbados Community College. He was retained by Design Collaborative and has used that opportunity to refine his skills, which has led to his current placement as an Architectural Technician Supervisor.

With over 17 years’ experience in architectural draughting, he has become proficient in planning, detailing, designing and coordinating projects. His excellent communication, problem-solving and leadership skills afford him the ability to confront a diversity of situations.
